Wekusko Wild orders completed on this storefront are for delivery in Canada and pickup in Regina SK only. For international orders, you will need to email me so I can forward a secure online invoice for payment that will include actual shipping rates calculated.
Fuel prices have caused shipping surcharges to surge, especially for Canada Post. Because of this I have had to implement a tiered approach so I can continue to offer 'less than actual' shipping and FREE shipping on orders over $130:

I use courier services to ship to street addresses, and Canada Post for PO BOXES and rural or remote deliveries. I reserve the right to use whichever form of shipping is suitable - preferred couriers may be requested but may not always be accommodated. If there is an error in the shipping address entered, and a package is returned to Wekusko Wild, you are responsible for costs associated with the correction and re-ship. We are not responsible for packages that are left at a post office or pick-up location and subsequently returned due to failure to retrieve. Parcels that are 'returned to sender' for whatever reason, are not refunded. Please only order when you will be available to receive or pick up your parcel in a timely manner.
For international orders, you are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, levies, or brokerage fees that may be incurred. Typically shipments made with Canada Post will arrive with USPS with no additional fees attached. However, this cannot be guaranteed.
All shipments are made from Regina Saskatchewan Canada, typically within 3 business days. If I need to delay shipping due to a restock or when gathering and manufacturing, I will post a pop-up to my page notifying of the delay and you will also need to acknowledge the delay at the checkout page. You will receive an email confirming shipment with tracking information once your package has been sent. I am not responsible for any delays that may occur through courier or Canada Post, including lost packages. However, in the unlikely event of a total loss, I will work with you to find a suitable solution.
During summer months, balms and ointments may melt during transit. I will often include cooling packs to prevent this, but it may be unavoidable on long journeys. Melting will not affect the safety or efficacy of products, however, natural butters and waxes may solidify in a grainy or not smooth texture.
During winter months, I do not ship certain products that are high in water content, as freezing will cause damage or breakage to glass containers. These products will be marked as such and out of stock online during the winter. Most of my products are freeze-friendly, and just need to be allowed to return to room temperature slowly and naturally (no microwaving please) before use. This includes oils which may be solid upon arrival.
